Hockey

Last season Wentworth fielded two senior girls’ and one senior boys’ teams as well as one mixed intermediate team.

Intermediate games take place on Tuesday nights, boys on Wednesdays and girls on Thursdays. Both the boys’ and girls’ teams have done exceptionally well in recent years, moving up grades and successfully taking on bigger schools. Games are played at Rosedale Park, Rangitoto College, the Warkworth Showgrounds, or Kristin School in Albany. Trainings are held on the College Astroturf either during lunchtimes or after school.

Costs – Approximately $185 for the season
Uniform – Senior boys/girls are provided with hockey uniform. Juniors wear Wentworth PE kit.
