Bus Routes for 2026 – College and Primary

The Wentworth bus service operates on a cost-recovery basis (non-profit), with every effort made to keep costs as low as possible.

Using the Bus Service

Timings and Expectations

Buses may occasionally run later than scheduled due to traffic or road conditions. However, morning buses will not depart earlier than the stated time.

Students should be at their designated stop well in advance of pick-up time.

Bus Allocation and Travel

• Students are expected to use their allocated bus for both morning and afternoon travel

• The service is for transport to and from school only

• After-school drop-off at sports venues or private activities is not available

• Any changes to bus stops must be arranged through the school in advance

RollCall Tracking System

The Wentworth bus service uses the RollCall transport management system to track bus locations and student boarding. Parents will receive login details for the app, allowing them to monitor updates.

Text notifications will be sent in the event of significant delays.
Please note: RollCall does not operate on Bus 1.

Commitment to the Service

Bus enrolment is for the full school year, including Term 4.

If your address changes during the year, please notify the school office as soon as possible. While we will always try to assist, changes to routes cannot be guaranteed due to fixed capacities.

Behaviour Expectations

Students are expected to behave in a safe and respectful manner at all times.

• Eating and drinking are not permitted on buses

• Students must follow driver instructions

• Any concerns regarding behaviour will be managed by school leadership

Daily Operations

• Students must be at their bus stop before the scheduled time

• After school, students are supervised before boarding

• Buses depart the College at approximately 3:30pm

• Primary students are transferred to the College for afternoon buses

Co-Parenting Arrangements

We will continue to support co-parenting arrangements where possible. Please contact the school to discuss any specific requirements.

Cost of School Bus Service

The Wentworth bus service operates on a cost-recovery basis. Payment options include a lump sum payment, term-by-term payments, or 10 equal automatic payments. For bus zones and costs visit here. Rollcall Bus Tags are priced at $15.00.

Cameras on School Buses

Cameras are installed on some school buses. This is to support the safety and wellbeing of students and our drivers. Cameras may record visual footage inside the bus and in some cases outside the bus - such as traffic or road conditions. Footage is handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020.
